• "Terms" means the standard terms of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms agreed between the Buyer and Seentat.
• "Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays, and the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
• "Writing" and any similar expression include facsimile transmission and comparable means of communication, including by electronic mail.

2. Basis of the Sale

Seentat shall sell, and the Buyer shall purchase the Goods in accordance with these Terms, which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms save those specifically agreed in Writing by both parties. No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in Writing by Seentat. No representations concerning the Goods are binding unless confirmed in Writing by Seentat.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• Order Processing: Orders received and accepted by Seentat before 12 pm on a Working Day will be processed on the same day. In some cases, a random quality check may also be conducted to ensure that every product meets our high standards. During these inspections, our team carefully checks the product’s condition, model, and specifications to confirm compatibility and authenticity. Please rest assured that all checking and packing processes are fully recorded, and the product remains brand new and unused. The box may be opened for inspection purposes only, and every item is guaranteed to be 100% original and new.
• Pricing Accuracy: All prices are displayed clearly on our website. While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery for all our customers.

• UK Shipping: No additional regional shipping charges apply within the United Kingdom.
• Timeframes: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our direct control. We will keep you informed, but please be patient.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including delivery timelines and shipping charges, and for ensuring they understand and agree to these terms before confirming their order.
• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been successfully dispatched.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
